When i try to check balance on my iphone wallet the app shuts down, just black screen . I have reinstalled it already - it doesn’t help. What can be the reason? Thanks.

Have you tried the latest version of the app?

Do you still have problems even after updating?

If yes what is your iphone model and what software you have installed?
